This is not an automated system that replaces human judgment. It takes humans to understand and build on human context. ## Philosophy

We advocate for software to be built by product designers and product developers, eliminating the standard practice of multistage hand-offs where important parts of user experience are often lost.

Traditional software development passes work through multiple stages — product manager to designer to developer to QA — and at each hand-off, context and intent degrade. Fragile collapses these stages. The people who understand the product write the specs that agents execute.

3. **Detailed Specifications**: We write comprehensive specs covering UX flows, interaction patterns, and clean, secure architecture. These specs are detailed enough for agentic execution.
4. **Agentic Code Generation**: AI agents generate production code from the specifications.
5. **Delivery**: Cross-platform mobile apps built in Flutter, shipping to both iOS and Android from a single codebase.
